Pretty cool little Hidden Gem in this small town. Food was hot and tasty. But nothing amazing. I have a feeling there's other things on the menu that probably would have been a bit better than what I ordered. But all in all the prices were good and the food was decent. I would go back just to try other things

They have a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Each member of your group can either order their own plate, or take advantage of family style dining. The servers are knowledgeable, and will add to your dining pleasure.

Really nice people, clean place. Tons of options. Food was really pretty good. You get quite a bit too. Would go back for sure.

So I am a Chinese food connoisseur. Driving through on our way to Vegas we needed dinner and this place got a ton of great reviews. Rightfully so. They made fantastic gluten free chicken chow mein. My wife loved her Vegan kung pow dish. This place actually could compete with Denver toe to toe and isn't too far behind NYC and Boston.Nice job South China Sea... keep up the great work!

Sometimes we order the special of the day. It’s a better deal to order as a group we get more food. The food is excellent.

The rice was cold again, the food used to be good. The last 3 times the food was cold and and no taste. We won't be back. The waitress was good and ask if we wanted some new rice. We said no. We was their at 11:30am and it was slow so the food should he hot. You need to work on it.

Excellent Chinese replacement food away from home. It's not authentic but it's really good Chinese food catering to American taste. I'm very picky when it comes to Chinese food. This place just took me by surprise how good they are and very clean all over. Waitor was very friendly and extremely helpful.

Never order Chinese food from a place that also serves American food, that has been heated up from Sysco foods. Takes you back to elementary school cafeteria lunches.

All their food is delicious. We had them cater a couple of events, the food was as good as you would get in their dining room.

I’m vegan and gluten free and have a really hard time finding food in smaller areas. I called and the owner said to come in and he’d walk through the menu with me to tell me what I can get. When I went he was so helpful and nice and the food was great

Came here twice in two days. The first was with a large group, they were being slammed with large groups. Our server was new and the food took awhile but it was correct and hot, loved the sesame chicken the most. Returned the next day, had lunch specials on Saturdays which is great. Was alot of food for a great price.

This is my families favorite restaurant in town, the food is great. Good prices. The staff and owners are great people who always make you feel welcome. A great dinning experience.

One of the best Chinese Restaurants. We tasted shrimp curry.-Delicious. Decoration and atmosphere was very nice. Price is affordable. Will go again if we go to Utah next time

Delicious food, fast and great service!

First appearance was very clean and spacious. Food was great, I got the lunch special with General Tsao's chicken. The egg drop soup came with some crispy flake things that made it even better. There were quite a few people for lunch on a Thursday, in a small town, so that's saying something.

We stop at South China every time we visit Richfield. Their food is always great and potions generous. We stop over Memorial Day Weekend and where very pleased at the efforts they are taking to keep customers safe in this time of Covid AND to still make every effort to keep them comfortable.

We had an excellent meal! I had the shrimp chow mein and it was spot on, the waitresses there are excellent, not a rude one in the bunch! There was a good amount of customers there on this rainy Sunday night and they all seemed pleased with everything!Thank you South China Restaurant, we will be back!!

This was our first visit. We stopped for lunch. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was excellent. We will definately stop again.

Excellent food at a reasonable price and generous portions. Orange chicken & sesame chicken were excellent. Will definitely be going back.

Really great dining Ashlee our server was amazing very attentive and always ask if there was anything we needed. The food was beyond great and at a reasonable price as well there egg drop soup is to die for can’t wait to go again.

This PLACE has always made me feel like family. The food is fantastic. The atmosphere HAS always been inviting and peaceful. I'll keep coming as long as they'll take me. It's a must try if your new to the area. I PROMISE YOU WON'T REGRET IT.

Just picked up an order from you guys and it is flat out disgusting. I called in for takeout and got old chewy sesame chicken with NO sauce and BROWN orange chewy chicken. And to top off my al a carte meal I got ham fried rice that seems to have sat for quite sometime. I'm a frequent customer and I even know some employees. I'm usually satisfied most times I order here however today was unacceptable and I will no longer be sharing my business here.

Saturday night prime rib steak for 15 dollar in a Chinese restaurant... Must be good... And it was. Very nice service. Tipical plain Chinese interior. Maybe this once was original Chinese... Now you can get fries that are crunchy and fresh and prime rib steaks.

Food is a bit salty, rice with ham not great, orange chicken not good, sweet sour chicken was good, egg drop soup okay, $13 buck I think Walmart food is better, won’t come back here

Ate here for lunch. Prices were good, the service was a little slow but very friendly. My wife enjoyed her dish as did my son. I ordered Szechuan pork, extra spicy. Their dish was sweeter than any Szechuan that I've had before and I wasn't a fan. Szechuan should be spicy to begin with, but despite the fact that I ordered extra spicy, on a scale of 1-10 it was a 2 at best. I'll definitely go back, I just won't be ordering Szechuan next time.

Very good food at moderate prices. Probably the best restaurant in 3 or 4 counties. I recommend the hot & sour soup.

You wouldn't think to go to a Chinese restaurant for salad. But they have the BEST chef salad I have ever had. Home made 1000 Island dressing is AMAZING even though I am a ranch girl. Try both! Mmmm

Fantastic Shrimp in Lobster Sauce.

This place should not have the rating it does. Not because of rude service or an unclean restaurant. Everything was on par with it, except the food. I ordered the General Tsao's chicken with orange chicken and ham fried rice, with two wontons. After a few bites, I asked myself, out loud even... Where's the flavor?! I was sorely disappointed. Even the fried rice was missing a necessary savory flavor. Never experienced this before. Maybe I came on an off night. I may give this place another try. We'll see...

Very nice atmosphere and great food. Our server Angelica was very good at her job and just a nice person. Highly recommended

Good food. Have eaten here a couple times.....to get greeted is unbelievably long....you either have to ask for a server or hope they come in less than 10 minutes. They never did my last visit so i stood up and left. I won’t be back here again

Always try to hit South China when I go to Richfield. Such a great value. I wish they had something this affordable up in Utah County. Great flavor, great value. Sweet and Sour chicken is soooo tasty.
